We want you to love every piece you bring home from Salutierra. Each item in our collection is handmade by artisans in El Salvador, and small variations in texture, color, or shape are part of the natural beauty of artisan craft — not imperfections.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Items must be shipped back in secure packaging to prevent damage in transit.
Non-returnable items
Because of their handmade nature, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Soaps, candles, incense, and other self-care or home fragrance items

How to start a return

Email rachael@salutierra.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.

Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label.

A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Once we receive and inspect your item, your store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Each item is packed with care from our Dallas, TX studio. Because many of our goods are made by hand and restocked in limited batches, please allow a bit of extra time for fulfillment during busy seasons.

Local pickup
If you’re in the Dallas area, you may select Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready to schedule a pickup time from our showroom.
Lost or delayed packages
Once a package leaves our space, carrier delays or issues are unfortunately beyond our control. If your package seems delayed or lost, please file a claim with the carrier— you can email us and we can give you more instructions and details.
